平面设计师职位要求:

Account Executive 客户主任 (公关)
Main Responsibilities:
This position offers an opportunity for the selected candidate to learn, grow and quickly play an important role in an energetic team. The main responsibilities include:
1. Good knowledge for clients and industries
2. Client daily liaison, responsible for documents drafting and refining
3. Keep daily communications with key media, such as general, finance, IT& consumer media

Intern
Summary:
An intern is responsible for supporting assigned staff on all projects. Specific responsibilities may include internet-based research, polishing written documents and other support as dictated by project managers. Interns report directly to assigned project staff and the Intern Coordinator.
Responsibilities: The following are specific duties assigned to interns and are performed on a daily basis.
Assist project staff with tasks including but not limited to:
• Editing and refining written documents for clients
• Drafting reports for project managers
• Conducting industry and/or client research
• Provide logistical support to project managers for client meetings
• Other work as requested by project managers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Basic knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties and responsibilities successfully.
• Relevant educational, professional or previous intern experience: an intern should have recently completed or be in the last year of study towards an undergraduate or postgraduate degree

Senior Account Executive (Event)
Main Responsibilities:
This position offers an opportunity for the selected candidate to lead, grow and
quickly play a key role in an energetic team.
The selected candidate will be reporting to Account Director and will have the opportunities to work on different clients and support in new business developments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; good ability to listen, speak, read and write in English; master MS office software.
2. Over 2 years’ work experience in the event agency; good knowledge about various site resources; familiar with the management of all links related to an event (eg. Fabrication, AV equipment setup, temp staff management, registration procedure, production of printing and gifts); able to forecast all potential risks of an event and handle all key elements of execution.
3. Over 1 years’ work experience in leading a team; outstanding organization and communication skills; excellent team management ability; able to build and lead a team to complete all assigned tasks ; ability to organize, coordinate, implement and manage large scale event. |
